We're growing fast, and to keep that momentum going, we're looking for a Regional Sales & Business Development person who is ready to take ownership of growth across the UK park home sector.

What You'll Do



We don't want someone to just maintain the status quo.

We want someone who:

Thinks strategically, identifies new regional opportunities, and builds partnerships that last. Gets out there, visiting parks, developing relationships, and finding what operators really need. Works collaboratively with marketing, customer care, and production to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Creates growth, not just sales, building a sustainable sales pipeline to meet the company's targets.

This role is ideal for someone from the leisure, or park home, industry who's hungry to make a mark, shape a brand, and help lead the next chapter of our business.

Work with the sales team to execute a national sales and growth strategy, aligned with company goals. Identify and win new park and dealer partnerships. Work closely with other members of the sales team to ensure targets and strategies are aligned. Support and mentor sales team, sharing best practices. Analyse sales performance and market trends to guide decision-making. Collaborate with marketing to shape campaigns that drive high-quality leads. Work closely with customer care to ensure end-to-end satisfaction and repeat business. Represent Beverley Leisure Homes at trade shows, park events, and industry exhibitions.

What We're Looking For



Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the leisure home industry. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to open new regions, partners, or markets. Highly motivated and results-driven, thrives on targets and accountability. Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability. Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide.
