to lead our account management strategy and drive growth across a dynamic regional portfolio.

About the Role




As Regional Sales Director, you'll take full ownership of revenue and gross profit performance across your region. You'll lead a team of

Regional Account Managers

, guiding them to deliver exceptional client retention, service expansion, and high-margin growth. This is a high-impact leadership role where strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and relationship management come together to shape our regional success.

Key Responsibilities



Own regional performance against revenue and gross profit targets Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers Set clear KPIs and performance objectives across growth, retention, and forecasting Build strategic growth plans for key accounts, identifying whitespace and expansion opportunities Support proposal development and deal structuring to ensure profitability Act as a senior contact for strategic client relationships Maintain visibility across pipelines and ensure CRM discipline Provide accurate forecasts and performance reports to the CCO Collaborate with marketing on regional campaigns and client engagement Contribute to commercial leadership meetings and cross-regional consistency

What We're Looking For



Essential:



5+ years' experience in sales or account leadership within MSP or IT services Proven success in driving revenue and gross profit growth through account development Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and managed services Commercially minded with strong financial literacy and deal structuring skills Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams Excellent relationship management skills, including C-suite engagement Organised and data-driven, with CRM and forecasting experience Confident communicator and hands-on leader

Desirable:



Experience shaping regional go-to-market strategies Familiarity with strategic sales methodologies Degree in Business, IT, or a related field
