About the role

Rotech is looking for a Regional Sales Executive to grow sales of our coding and marking solutions, including inkjet printers and offline feeding systems. This is a consultative, solution-led role where you'll work with a wide range of customers -- from growing start-ups to well-established multinational manufacturers.

You'll take time to understand each customer's application, production environment and challenges, helping them identify the most appropriate solution. You'll receive strong support from our internal sales and technical teams, allowing you to focus on building relationships and progressing opportunities.

Responsibilities

Develop and progress sales opportunities within your allocated territory Hold technical, solution-led conversations to understand customer requirements Work with internal teams to support customer projects from enquiry through to order Qualify and progress leads effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within technical, industrial or manufacturing sectors Ability to discuss and tailor technical solutions to customer applications A consultative approach -- you listen first, then recommend Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers Well-organised, self-motivated, and confident managing your own territory
Experience in coding & marking, packaging machinery or production-line equipment is beneficial but not essential. Full product training is provided.
