We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across the UK and Europe in our Leisure market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, demonstrating the ability to develop strategic relationships and drive revenue growth. This role requires a proactive approach to market analysis and the ability to leverage Salesforce for tracking performance and managing customer relationships effectively.
Car Allowance will be paid on top of salary for using own car. Must have a suitable car for visiting customers
Commission is paid for all orders placed in the UK and Europe territory
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Skills
Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions around pricing and margins.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
