Mumford & Wood, are specialists in premium, bespoke timber windows and doors working solely within the B2B sector. With a reputation built on craftsmanship, service, and innovation, we work predominantly with contractors, developers, architects and self-builders on high end new build, and refurbishment projects across the UK. Following continued growth, we are seeking a driven and ambitious Regional Sales Manager to join our team. You will be cover the Midlands/North Region.

The Role


As Regional Sales Manager, you will be the key point of contact for customers in your territory. Your role is to develop strong, long-term relationships with contractors, architects & developers, while driving sales growth through both new business and the ongoing management of existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and grow an allocated customer base, ensuring year-on-year sales growth. Proactively prospect, identify, and convert new business opportunities. Build strong, multi-level relationships with customers and industry professionals, providing technical advice and tailored solutions. Follow up on quotations and enquiries, ensuring a prompt and professional response. Collaborate with marketing to advise on strategy to enable growth within your territory. Provide accurate monthly sales reports, forecasts, and insights for your region's performance. Represent Mumford & Wood as a brand ambassador, maintaining professionalism and market visibility. Work with the wider Sales & Commercial team to continuously improve processes and customer experience.

About You



Proven sales experience, ideally within the building products or fenestration industry. Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to interpret drawings/specifications. Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive, "can-do" attitude. Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. Organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working independently while contributing positively to a team culture. IT confident, with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Full UK driving licence (minimum 1 year). Willingness to travel with some overnight stays.
A commission structure is in place that is linked to the successful hand over of new orders released to the factory.

Additionally, a company bonus scheme is operated across the business, you will be eligible to join upon successful completion of your probationary period.
