Summary
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the UK. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales growth and enhancing customer relationships within your region. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional products and services.
Responsibilities
Leading a team of Area Sales Managers to deliver continued and profitable sales growth
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets in line with company objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients .
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Provide training and support to the sales team on best practices.
Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress.
Represent Hoffmann Group at industry events and trade shows.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial tooling & equipment.
Can demonstrate professional leadership and a desire to develop
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Must be a resident of the UK
