We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives across designated territories. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in account management and business development, with a proven track record in B2B sales. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively while driving sales growth.
Duties
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue within existing accounts.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth within the territory.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
Train and mentor sales representatives to enhance their skills in technical sales and territory management.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for senior management.
Requirements
Proven experience in account management and sales within a B2B environment.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
Demonstrated ability in upselling and territory sales management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience in technical or retail sales is a plus.
A proactive approach to business development with a focus on achieving results.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required.
