We're looking for a

high-performing Door-to-Door Sales Manager,

someone who can lead from the front, drive results under pressure, and build a team that converts relentlessly. This isn't a clock-in, clock-out management role, it's a chance to own a region, scale a sales force, and earn in direct proportion to your performance.

The ideal candidate is commercially driven, thrives in fast-paced environments, and knows how to turn raw salespeople into closers. You'll be responsible for recruitment, training, daily field performance, and delivering consistent volume at industry-leading conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities



Recruit, train, and motivate a high-output D2D sales team capable of hitting ambitious weekly and monthly targets. Lead from the front, coaching on real sales calls, handling objections, and closing deals alongside your team. Drive accountability through clear KPIs, daily huddles, and structured performance reviews. Implement data-backed sales strategies that maximise territory performance and profitability. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to forecast growth, refine pitch structure, and improve team efficiency. Ensure operational excellence, from route planning to compliance and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate, real-time reporting on team performance and conversion data.

Qualifications & Traits



Proven experience leading a successful D2D or field sales team (minimum 5 years preferred). Exceptional communication and leadership skills, able to inspire, challenge, and raise standards daily. Commercial mindset with a deep understanding of sales metrics, territory planning, and ROI. High resilience and emotional intelligence, thrives under pressure and adapts fast. Tech-savvy and confident using CRM or reporting tools to track and drive performance. Hungry, hands-on operator with the drive to build something significant.
