As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our sales presence in the

South of England

and are seeking an ambitious, self-motivated sales professional to join our team remotely.

Role Overview



We are looking for an experienced

Regional Sales Manager (South)

with a strong background in

wide format print and signage sales

. The ideal candidate will already have an established network within the signage or large-format print industry and a proven track record of winning new business and exceeding targets.

You will be responsible for building new relationships, managing existing accounts, and growing Liberty Signs' market presence in the southern region -- with full operational support from our Manchester head office and production facility.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and grow business across the South of England through proactive sales activity, networking, and relationship management. Identify and convert new business opportunities across retail, commercial, and corporate sectors. Manage regional client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business. Work closely with the internal design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Report sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market insights to the Sales Director. Attend client meetings, trade events, and site visits where required (travel expenses covered).

Requirements



Proven experience in

sales or account management within the wide format printing or signage industry

(minimum 3 years). Strong understanding of signage materials, substrates, and production processes (vinyl, foamex, dibond, tension fabric, illuminated signs, etc.). Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills. Highly self-motivated and confident working remotely with minimal supervision. Established network of clients or contacts within the southern signage or graphics market is advantageous. Full UK driving licence essential.
