As a Regional Sales Manager for the South England region, you will be responsible for driving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Your mission is to maximize every opportunity to expand YETI's footprint and revenue across the region's top independent dealers, spanning multiple channels and pursuits.
This role combines strategic sales execution with hands-on support, including staff training, merchandising, and customer service. You'll report to the Country Commercial Director UK and work remotely from the South or Southern Midlands area. With a structured call cycle and territory plan, you'll deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
You are a highly organized, results-focused professional with a proactive mindset. Your ability to prioritize high-impact activities and collaborate effectively will be key to your success. You're a team player who's not afraid to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done.

Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales growth and increase market share across your region Represent YETI at consumer and trade events Execute channel distribution strategies aligned with company initiatives Provide premium customer service support to retail partners and customers, including head office functions Deliver impactful staff training and in-store merchandising Collaborate cross-functionally across the business Maintain weekly call activity logs and submit to the Commercial Country Director Travel up to 75% of the time - face to face meetings and market immersion are essential to the success of this role.

QualificationsTertiary education preferred, with a strong "can-do" attitude Minimum 3 years of wholesale sales experience, ideally in premium goods, outdoor, or sporting industries (other sectors considered) Proficient in CRM and Order Management systems Strong Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to build compelling business cases and presentations Highly organized, self-motivated, and driven to grow your territory Excellent multitasking and time management skills Embody YETI's core values and culture Strong communicator, connector, and influencer with a collaborative mindset Comfortable with extensive travel and a structured four-week territory rotation Must be eligible to work in the UK (YETI does not offer sponsorship at this time)
