SealZone is a rapidly growing manufacturer and distributer of kraft food packaging solution in UK

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Field Sales and Customer Success Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial to our sales cycle, acting as the primary link between our products, our management team, and our valued customers. You will be instrumental in driving customer engagement, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring timely, accurate delivery.

Key Responsibilities



Client Engagement & Sales Support

(Field)

Customer Meetings: Proactively arrange and attend in-person meetings with current and potential customers to expertly demonstrate and present SealZone products. Territory Travel: Regularly travel throughout the London area to visit clients, build relationships, and capture new business opportunities. Digital Outreach: Utilize various social media platforms and digital channels to identify, engage, and secure new customers, expanding our market reach. Order Management: Prepare detailed sales orders and contracts accurately following customer commitments.

Operations & Logistics



Prompt Order Submission: Ensure all sales orders are meticulously checked and sent to the warehouse within established deadlines to guarantee prompt delivery. Order Tracking: Monitor the progress of all customer orders from dispatch through delivery, ensuring the customer receives their products exactly on time. Office Presence: Attend the main office in CB75QZ for team meetings, training, and administrative duties a few days per month.

Customer Service & Issue Resolution



Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding their orders and products. Proactively address and resolve any product or delivery issues efficiently and professionally, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills



Required:

Proven ability in direct customer communication and relationship building. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with a persuasive and confident manner. Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Demonstrable ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Comfortable with frequent local travel (valid driver's license/ability to navigate London transportation required). Proficiency in using social media platforms for professional outreach.

Preferred

:

Previous experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer-facing role. Familiarity with CRM software or sales order processing systems.
