To ensure that Mitie continually and consistently delivers a robust security solution encompassing both Security Officers on site and Security System Technology.
To maintain responsibility for the day-to-day supervision and performance of service delivery to the client.
To evaluate performance against established KPIs and implement appropriate and authorized modifications for improvement.
To foster excellence in all aspects of Mitie Security Services.
To serve as the principal point of contact for all
client
and Mitie stakeholders regarding all security-related matters at DC locations.
To work with M&E and FM departments to implement Security requirements across the South Region of the Client's Estate.
To work in conjunction with Corporate Security and serve as a primary point of contact for Audits and Compliance across the Estate.
Main Duties
Operational Management
Understanding client requirements and collaborating with the Head of Security and Risk Management and the Client to understand and mitigate risks, enhance service value proposition, and deliver efficiencies.
Collaborates with all stakeholders to evaluate and implement appropriate operational processes for the organization.
Ensure all processes and policies are correctly implemented and adhered to at all times.
Conduct monthly audits of processes to ensure compliance.
Execute regular process testing to ensure thorough application.
Ensure all officers at all locations receive appropriate training for their designated responsibilities.
Coordinate with Mitie Security Regional Management teams to ensure relief officers receive proper training prior to deployment.
Collaborate with Mitie Security Regional Management teams to ensure that all shifts are adequately staffed with correctly trained officers.
Collaborate with appropriate Mitie stakeholders to fulfil contractual obligations.
Conduct meetings and conference calls with stakeholders as required to maintain effective relationships.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly reports.
Monitoring MFSS fault resolution to ensure efficient closure of tasks within designated area of responsibility.
Monitor planned systems maintenance schedules to ensure compliance and communicate concerns when necessary.
Provide professional support to the Client during customer site audits, communicating feedback to Mitie to facilitate solutions.
Facilitate and monitor project work to ensure accurate client reporting.
Conduct all necessary investigations and reporting as required.
Process purchase orders and invoices related to Mitie Security operations at DC locations.
Collaborate with the Head of Security and Risk Management to ensure risks to the Client and Mitie are effectively managed and mitigated where feasible.
Execute daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as directed by appropriate senior Mitie Managers.
Execute any reasonable tasks as instructed by appropriate senior Mitie Managers.
Service Excellence
Ensure all officers deliver industry-leading service regarding professional appearance and execution of duties.
Ensure adherence to all KPI performance indicators.
Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements.
Ensure 24/7 internal escalation capability for incidents and urgent matters.
Ensure Management Information is readily available and accurately represents performance metrics.
Adhere to customer's Major Incident and incident management Service Level Agreements.
Maintain proactive communication protocols with customers.
Ensure all financial transactions are processed efficiently.
Ensure risks to Vodafone and Mitie are effectively managed and mitigated where feasible.
Develop and implement SMART internal performance KPIs for personnel and management.

Proven experience in managing Data Centre, Network Monitoring, or Communication Centre environments.
Comprehensive knowledge of multiple technology platforms.
