About the Role
The Regional Senior Client Relationship Manager (RSCRM) reports to the Head of Business Development & Client Relationship Management and will have day-to-day operational oversight by the Senior Client Relationship Management. The successful individual will be responsible for driving the Global CRM programmes and collaborating with a large cross section of practice groups and business units and stakeholder on respective key account plans across top group clients. This is an internal support role with a key focus on achieving growth and meeting the company's long-term client retention objectives. External client contact will be limited but may expand in the future. The RSCRE will work within the global business development team that provides comprehensive business development and client relationship management support.
Primary responsibilities include:
support the implementation of global client programmes across the organisation
identify, plan and implement strategies for growth and expansion including relationship mapping for top client groups
cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of each business unit's client portfolios and business professional relationships with their top clients including connecting professionals with internal colleagues where there is a shared relationship
advocate for high client satisfaction levels through sharing of best practices and the importance of consistent and meaningful touch points including conducting informative bi-annual/annual account reviews, partnering with service teams to resolve issues and leading structured spend optimisation efforts
track, communicate and ensure that client service challenges uncovered are resolved or escalated in a prompt manner to key stakeholders
ensure that business professionals focus on overall client experience and scorecard objectives
provide coaching to business professionals and to the BD and CRM support team to ensure effective execution of initiatives
manage and execute a range of research, financial data and reporting tasks related to the company's top clients including client data analysis in an effort to gain insight into opportunities and potential threats; and
measure, report and assess the effectiveness of initiatives to enable continuous improvement into future activities
EXPERIENCE
What You Bring
In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:
bachelor's degree or a professional qualification in marketing, business, finance or a related field
minimum 10+ years in a business development and/or a CRM role in professional services with in depth knowledge of the financial services sector
8+ years of experience in client account management would be an asset
experience in managing and reporting on multiple client relationships or client team programmes concurrently
strong verbal communication and business writing skills including excellent presentation skills with experience delivering data and analysis to senior stakeholders
solution oriented with strong organisational, time management skills and a proactive client service focus
ability to work independently or with a team within a fast paced strict deadline environment to a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
experience with InterAction or similar CRM systems as well as being highly proficient in Micorsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
