About the role:




As the

Regional Support Manager

, you'll be the go-to partner to the Operations Director--powering performance and delivery excellence across our

Out of Home (OOH), To-Door, and PUDO

networks, plus our nationwide

newspaper and magazine

distribution.


Lead the charge at our

Depots

, ensuring smooth operations, lightning-fast turnarounds, and customer-obsessed service. This is your chance to shape the future of parcel logistics across an entire region, with the backing of

You'll help us

deliver excellence across depots

, manage key customer relationships, boost performance through data and innovation, and bring operational change to life--fast. From leading health & safety compliance to optimizing budgets and driving commercial success, you'll be a hands-on force for operational brilliance.

Location:

Inpost Distribution, East Avenue, Linwood, Paisley, PA1 2FD.

Shift Pattern:

Monday - Friday (Flexibility is required)

Hours:

08.00am - 16.30pm (Flexibility required) based on 40hrs per week

Salary:55,000 - 60,000 + Car allowance and Benefits package (depending upon experience)

What we need from you:



Logistics & Operations Expertise




Proven experience in

multi-site logistics, supply chain, or parcel delivery operations

(ideally in fast-paced, high-volume environments).


Solid understanding of

final mile

,

trunking

, and

locker/PUDO networks

.


Background in managing

performance KPIs

,

service levels

, and

operational improvements

across depots or hubs.

People & Leadership Skills




Experience

leading, motivating and mentoring teams

--including depot managers and frontline staff


A natural change agent--comfortable with

managing change at pace

, influencing stakeholders, and building strong team culture.


Able to

model ethical, collaborative, and performance-driven leadership

.


Commercial & Financial Acumen




Ability to

partner with commercial teams

, support client service delivery, and represent operations in client meetings.


Strong grasp of

budgeting

and financial planning (bottom-up), with a track record of delivering

cost control and efficiency gains

Project & Stakeholder Management




Experienced in

delivering operational change initiatives

, with strong project management capabilities.


Confident collaborating cross-functionally with

Finance, HR, HSE, Facilities, and senior leadership

HR & Compliance Knowledge




Solid understanding of

legal compliance

in the workplace.


Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance




Strong track record ensuring

HSE compliance

in logistics or depot settings.


Knowledge of

UK health & safety legislation

Comfort with

data analysis

to drive performance insights and depot improvements.


Familiarity with

tech-enabled logistics

or automated locker networks is a plus.


Mobility & Flexibility




Willingness and ability to

travel frequently across the region

to support depot visits, audits, and performance coaching.
