The Regional Talent Acquisition Manager position is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who wants to work in a fast-paced, high-growth company. We are a global team of thirty-plus Talent Acquisition (TA) professionals spanning the globe from the United States, Japan, South Korea, India, China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Greece, and the UK.
We are looking for someone to lead the Talent Acquisition function, hiring process, and campus programs in the EMEA region. You will manage a team of up to 7 full-cycle recruiters across Athens, London, Dusseldorf, and Dubai.
The ideal candidate MUST be willing to relocate to Athens, Greece.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Lead the recruitment strategy and function for the EMEA region
Advise the Global Talent Acquisition Leadership team on talent market insights, competitor landscape, and TA best practices in EMEA
Serve as a player/coach and lead a team of up to 7 talent acquisition professionals
Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across the region
Execute creative recruitment strategies and manage full-cycle hiring processes for Client Service, Corporate, and other operational roles
Utilize Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job boards to build talent pipelines
Collaborate with regional HR Managers on salary proposals, benefits, and office culture initiatives
Build university relationships to create campus pipelines with the intention of branding Guidepoint as an employer of choice across EMEA
Analyze key TA metrics and report progress regularly to key business stakeholders
WHAT YOU HAVE:
10+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience
5+ years of experience managing and leading recruitment teams across various business functions
Proven experience driving global talent acquisition strategies and programs
Full lifecycle recruitment experience in international markets
Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
Experience passively sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates in the EMEA region
Ability to work with a high degree of ambiguity
Previous experience working in a fast-paced and metrics-driven environment
Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professionally fluent in English and Greek
