OneSchool Global UK has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team, supporting recruitment across our UK campuses and office staff.
This is a full-time, permanent role, with remote working alongside a requirement to be based at our Regional Support Office in Warwick 1-2 days per week, plus regular travel to campuses, careers events and recruitment activities as required.
Reporting to the Regional Director of People & Culture, you will play a critical role in delivering the UK talent acquisition strategy. You will lead high-volume, end-to-end recruitment across teaching, support and office-based roles, ensuring we attract, engage and appoint high-quality talent who align with our values and culture.
As a trusted partner to hiring managers and regional leaders, you will combine strong recruitment expertise with market insight, employer branding and proactive sourcing. You will also play a key role in writing engaging job adverts and delivering recruitment campaigns that position OneSchool Global as an employer of choice.
