We're looking for a Regional Care Trainer to join us at Lotus Home Care, to cover the Yorkshire and Humber area, If you're a Senior Care Assistant, Team Leader, Field Care Supervisor or Care Coordinator/Deputy Manager looking for the next challenge in your care career, this could be for you, with training delivery experience

The Regional Care Trainer job objectives and responsibilities:

Reporting to the training manager daily Deliver induction training for new starters Deliver refresher training to experienced staff Deliver one to one specialist training

Our ideal candidate will have:

Experience within the Domiciliary sector for at least 1 year Health and Social care Level 3 NVQ AET Qualification desirable , equivalent to Ptlls Train the trainer qualifications Good knowledge with IT and google drive experience Be confident to deliver training to staff in a classroom environment and in a virtual classroom Driving licence and own vehicle is essential, and willing to deliver training across the Yorkshire and Humber Business insurance for your car (or be willing to obtain this)
