Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Water Treatment Account Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key business clients within your designated region. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of water chemistry analysis for steam boilers, process water systems, pre-treatment, and water softeners.

Responsibilities



Deliver onsite water chemistry analysis for steam boilers, process water systems, pre-treatment, and water softeners. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for growth within the region. Conduct thorough analyses of market trends and client needs to tailor solutions that meet their requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to senior management. Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts that align with company objectives. Monitor competitor activities and market developments to inform strategic planning. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment. Represent the company as a trusted expert in water treatment.

Experience



Strong understanding of industrial water treatment processes and technical applications. Proficient in the delivery of onsite water chemistry analysis for steam boilers, process water systems, pre-treatment, and water softeners. Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, within the steam boiler industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in guiding teams towards achieving common goals. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with clients at all levels. Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable with a results-driven mindset Professional and ethical approach to client engagement.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
