The Role



We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Registered Manager to lead our home.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment where residents can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure high-quality service delivery, continuously monitoring and improving standards of care. Promote and support a person-centred culture, ensuring residents' choices, dignity, and independence are always respected. Oversee health and safety for both residents and employees. Provide regular supervision, guidance, and support to the staff team to encourage development and wellbeing. Lead and manage the home in line with CQC regulations and organisational policies. Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and risk management processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals. Manage budgets effectively and ensure efficient operation of the home.

About You



Proven experience in health and social care is essential. Previous leadership or management experience within a care setting. Hold (or be willing to work towards) a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care - full support will be provided if not yet qualified. Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Passionate about supporting adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives. Strong report writing and administrative skills.
