Were seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager to guide Tye Green Lodge Care Home in Harlow a warm, contemporary 61bed residence nestled within a quiet, treelined neighbourhood. Purposebuilt with light, spacious rooms and thoughtfully designed communal areas, the home supports residents in living with confidence and independence. With a strong CQC rating of Good across every category, Tye Green Lodge stands on solid foundations and is poised for a leader with the vision and energy to elevate it even further.

What were looking for:

Current or recent experience as a Registered Care Home Manager Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care Proven success in achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings Strong knowledge of dementia care and residential care standards Inspirational leadership and clear communication skills Understanding of compliance, safeguarding and regulatory frameworks Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and performance Above all, a compassionate, forwardthinking approach to care
