Management Team You will have a Clinical Lead and largely Supernumery Deputy supporting you
Oncall We believe in all our team having quality time off with no interruptions from work. Therefore we have put an oncall in place that ensures that our home managers are never oncall at weekends.
CQC Compliance Thank You Scheme - Home Managers receive up to 4,900 for a successful all Good CQC inspection and up to 9,800 for an overall Outstanding CQC inspection. Amount depends on occupancy on the day of inspection
CQC Registration Bonus 1,000 is paid on your successful registration with CQC
Holiday 33 Days including Bank Holidays

A little about St Andrew's Nursing and Care Home:
St Andrew's is located in the lovely village of Ewerby (5 miles to the East of Sleaford). The home is set around a lovely old vicarage, which has been selectively extended in keeping with its character. This provides the homeliness that Jasmine seeks for its homes, whilst still providing modern living accommodation. The home provides personal care, including nursing and dementia care, for 42 residents.
The home Manager is supported by both a Clinical Lead and a largely Supernumery Deputy Manager.

Day to Day Responsibilities for Home Manager:
To achieve Jasmine's Mission and Aims in the home you manage by:
Doing everything you can to develop, motivate, and improve the wellbeing of your team
Ensuring all your residents are provided with the highest standards of care and your home is fully compliant; and
Ensuring your home is full at all times
Essential Requirements for Home Manager:
Minimum of 6 months experience as a Home Manager of a residential / nursing home or 2 years as a Supernumery Deputy Manager
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Management (or a registered nurse)
Full Driving Licence
Computer literacy (particularly email, excel spreadsheets and word documents)
Must live within 30minutes drive per google maps
Preferred Requirements for Home Manager:
Two years' experience as a Manager of a residential / nursing home
NVQ Level 7 in Health & Social Care
