What are we looking for in a Registered Manager?

We need a compassionate, experienced leader with:

At least

three years' experience

as a Registered Manager A strong background working with adults with

complex needs

. The drive to create a positive,

person-centered

environment where individuals can truly thrive. Has experience of managing, leading, and developing a staff team. Is adaptable, flexible and conscientious with strong communication skills. Has a strong understanding of current legislation and CQC requirements. Is open to continuing their own professional development.
