About the Role
As our
Registered Manager
, you'll be the driving force behind our daily operations, compliance, and team development. You'll work closely with our leadership team and partners to ensure every person we support receives compassionate, personalised, and safe care.

Key Responsibilities
Regulation & Compliance
Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation
Maintain robust documentation for inspections, audits, and safeguarding
Lead on GDPR, Health & Safety, and employment law standards
Service Delivery
Oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure high-quality, consistent care
Manage care plans, reviews, risk assessments, and service outcomes
Embed a culture of continuous quality improvement
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, support, and inspire our care team and coordinators
Champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture
Manage rotas, on-call schedules, and emergency planning
Client & Community Engagement
Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
Conduct assessments and reviews, ensuring person-centred support
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, local authorities, and other stakeholders
Business Development
Identify opportunities to grow and expand our services
Support contract bids and build referral networks
Represent us in the community, building a strong local reputation

What We're Looking For
Eligibility to register (or currently registered) as a CQC Registered Manager
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) or happy to work towards it
Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and risk management
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Confident using digital care systems and Microsoft Office
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 40,000.00 per year
