Location: Croydon & Sutton

Salary: 40,000 + quartely performance based bonus

Job type: Full-time, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

(with occasional flexibility outside of these hours to meet business needs)

Exciting opportunity for an experienced

Registered Care Manager

to lead and grow a care service in Croydon.

Delivering over 100 hours of care per week, this care service is now expanding their visiting care and launching live-in care services. This is a hands-on role with full operational responsibility and leadership of a small, dedicated team.

What you'll do:

Manage day-to-day operations and on-call Lead care planning, assessments, and audits Oversee recruitment, training, and compliance Support business growth alongside the owner

What you'll need:

Registered Manager or similar experience Strong leadership and compliance knowledge Home care background - ready to hit the ground running UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
