Could you be the care assistant in Croydon & Sutton we're looking for?
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day to day care operations and driving success and growth by promoting the right working environment, maintaining standards and ensuring quality.
In simple terms you'll be making sure that our care professionals get the support they need and our clients get the care that's right for them.
Key Responsibilities
:
Responsibility for managing the day to day services, ensuring the highest standards of care delivery and regulatory compliance
Day to day management & development of the office team, ensuring a positive work culture
Support with recruitment, onboarding and training of care professionals
Build strong relationships with families and external agencies to achieve the best outcomes for our clients
Manage the client assessment and care planning process
Staff rota's and On Call rota
Monthly compliance audits
Support with local community engagement and events
You will need:
Proven experience in a Care Manager role within a home care service
Strong leadership & people management skills to drive the team towards achieving agreed business objectives
Strong Communication skills, written, verbal & visual
Stakeholder management - confident in building and developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, clients and community partners
IT Skills; proficient in the use of IT, software systems, apps and social media platforms
Problem solving mindset; ability to calmly find solutions to overcoming challenges
A recognised qualification in health and social care at Level 5 or equivalent, or be willing to work towards
Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
