About the Role
As
Registered Manager
, you will:
Lead, coach, and support your team to deliver the highest standards of care.
Foster a culture of compassion, respect, and continuous improvement.
Work collaboratively with service users, their families, and allied professionals.
Champion personalised care planning to help each individual reach their goals.
Encourage meaningful activities, skill-building, and community involvement for service users.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and safeguarding practices.
Take a proactive role in quality assurance and service development.
What We're Looking For
A strong commitment to delivering person-centred, high-quality care.
Previous experience in a management or senior care role.
Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and care regulations.
Excellent decision-making, communication, and organisational skills.
A positive, proactive attitude and strong leadership qualities.
