Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Care Manager looking for a meaningful role where you can truly make a difference in peoples' lives?
We're seeking a dedicated individual to lead our flagship residential service at Sandgate Manor, providing care to individuals with complex health needs, physical and learning disabilities.
Since our last CQC inspection in 2023 we have been working together to consistently improve our approach to delivering person-centred care and fully meet our regulatory standards. This is an exciting time to join us and make your mark in attaining a good CQC rating. This role will complete our full staffing compliment. Working alongside you there is a fully resourced capable team of 2 deputy managers, a motivated and talented care team, a property manager and a fully resourced domestic team. The team is focused to support our resident group to lead full and varied lives, going out on day trips and enjoying many other activities both in the local community and inside the home.
We are a values-led organisation placing dignity, respect, and inclusion at the heart of everything we do. We offer exceptional care and support in a safe, warm and friendly environment and are focused on unlocking the potential of the people we support who love what we do and how we do it.
