Are you a Deputy Manager or Care Manager seeking to advance your career? This opportunity might be perfect for you! We are hiring a Registered Care Manager for our Residential CQC Service in Kingstanding, Birmingham.


This is a permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week. As a Registered Care Manager, you will earn 36,095 per annum. Additionally, you'll have the fantastic opportunity to join our on-call program, earning 250 per week (at 50 per night).


When you join Sense, you'll have access to a variety of support functions to assist you in your role.


In this position, you will work alongside a great team and oversee the daily operations of a responsive, innovative, and high-quality service that meets our standards; effectively manage a dedicated team, including a Deputy Manager and Support Workers; be responsible for tasks such as rotas, supervising and mentoring the team to ensure that all shared responsibilities are fulfilled and systems maintained which guarantees compliance.


About Kingstanding Service:



5 bed home, supporting 5 people Supports individuals with disabilities with complex needs such as; vision/hearing difficulties, communication challenges and mobility impairments Residential service, Good rating by CQC

Requirements for the role:



Essential- Prior manager experience in a Care setting such as Community/Residential/Supported Living Desirable- Knowledge of multiple sensory impairments, physical and/or learning disabilities Preferred- A full manual UK driving license as we have manual company vehicles used to drive and take individuals to appointments, activities outside of the home and trips. Preferred- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards this (Sense can fund this)
