to lead a warm, therapeutic children's home supporting children and young people with
Autism, Learning Disabilities, ADHD and additional needs

Your Role as Registered Manager
Act as the
Registered Manager
, ensuring compliance with
Ofsted
and
Children's Homes Quality Standards
Lead and inspire a skilled team to deliver safe, nurturing, therapeutic care
Promote the welfare, independence, and development of young people
Drive a culture of
high-quality practice and continuous improvement
Oversee performance, supervision, and professional development of staff
Participate in the
on-call rota
(additional pay for weekends & bank holidays)
What We're Looking For
Minimum
2 years' experience
as a Registered Manager in a Children's Home
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)

Experience supporting children with learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs
Full UK driving licence
