to lead a warm, therapeutic children's home supporting children and young people with

Autism, Learning Disabilities, ADHD and additional needs

Your Role as Registered Manager



Act as the

Registered Manager

, ensuring compliance with

Ofsted

and

Children's Homes Quality Standards

Lead and inspire a skilled team to deliver safe, nurturing, therapeutic care Promote the welfare, independence, and development of young people Drive a culture of

high-quality practice and continuous improvement

Oversee performance, supervision, and professional development of staff Participate in the

on-call rota

(additional pay for weekends & bank holidays)

What We're Looking For



Minimum

2 years' experience

as a Registered Manager in a Children's Home

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)

Experience supporting children with learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs

Full UK driving licence

Proven track record of achieving

Good

Outstanding

Ofsted outcomes
