Overview


We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to oversee the daily operations of our care home specialising in senior care, including dementia and Alzheimer's care. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care completing care plans using Person Centred Software , compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a compassionate environment for residents. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a leadership professional with a background in a residential care setting, assisted living, or home care to make a meaningful difference within our organisation.

Duties



Lead and manage the care home team, providing supervision and support to ensure high-quality care delivery. Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans using Person Centred Software tailored to residents' individual needs, including medication administration and specialised dementia or Alzheimer's care. To complete personalised care plans using Person Centred Software Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices within the adult social care sector. Is highly desirable. Monitor and maintain standards of health and safety across the facility, promoting a safe environment for residents and staff. Oversee staff recruitment, training programmes, and ongoing professional development initiatives. Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to coordinate comprehensive care services. Manage budgets, resources, and administrative tasks associated with the smooth running of the care home. Lead quality assurance audits and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Experience



Proven management experience within assisted living or residential home settings. Extensive knowledge of senior care practices, including dementia and Alzheimer's care. Experience in developing and managing personalised care plans. Strong leadership skills with previous supervisory or managerial roles in a care environment. Background in a residential setting as manager or deputy looking to further develop their career in healthcare is highly desirable, with familiarity in medication administration. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards such as CQC or equivalent bodies. Excellent organisational skills combined with a compassionate approach to eldercare. This role is ideal for a motivated leader committed to delivering exceptional standards of elderly care within a supportive team environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 33,500.00-40,000.00 per year
