Registered Care Manager Permanent Vacancy available
A support provider based in Stockport is looking for a Registered Care Manager to join their team in a care / domiciliary support setting.
Position: Registered Care Manager
Location: Stockport
Length: Permanent contract
Hourly rate: \xc2\xa335,000 -\xc2\xa340,000 p/annum
Hours: 37.5 hours p/week
Day to day responsibilities include:
- The management of day to day running of the organisations operations, ensuring compliance with all governing body requirements and legislation relevant to the service
- Business acumen to grow the current business within a safe environment maintaining CQC regulations
- Work closely with the local councils and CQC
- Work closely with the Group Operations Manager to coordinate the development of a high quality private domiciliary care service for older people in the local area
- Promote the highest standard of care and service with a focus on person centred care
- Manage the process of client acquisition form initial contact to conversion adhering to company policy
- Carry out care planning and conduct risk assessments ensuring compliance to relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Effectively managing complaints and incidents
- Extensive care experience
- Experience of working within CQC setting
- Must understand business acumen including growth targets
- Access to a vehicle (travel expenses covered)
