Registered Manager

to lead one of our homes in Groby, Leicestershire -- someone who will champion high standards, inspire their team, and create a safe, nurturing space for children and young people to thrive.

About the Role

As Registered Manager, you'll play a vital role in creating a warm, supportive home environment where young people feel valued and empowered. You will:

Lead and manage a welcoming, safe home that promotes positive outcomes. Ensure full compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and deliver outstanding care. Inspire, develop and support a dedicated team. Manage budgets, resources and day-to-day operational activity. Safeguard young people and work collaboratively with external professionals. Drive continuous improvement and uphold the home's statement of purpose.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in children's residential care management. Strong understanding of legislation, safeguarding and best practice. Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children's and Young People's Workforce. QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Residential Children's Services (or willingness to work towards). Full UK driving licence.
