Are you an
experienced Registered Manager
looking for an impactful opportunity in Burton? This is your chance tolead the launch and growth of a brand-new, 4-bedded residential home
for young people withEmotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
.You'll have the freedom to shape a new therapeutic environment from the ground up, ensuring high-quality care and positive outcomes for young people.
Your Role
As the Registered Manager, you'll be crucial in establishing and running this new home. You'll:
Establish and manage
the new home in Burton. EnsureOFSTED-compliant, high-quality care
.Implement therapeutic care plans
.Lead and develop
the staff team.Manage budgets
and resources.Build key relationships
with stakeholders.Maintain accurate records
and compliance.What You'll Bring
Essential Experience:
ProvenRegistered Manager
experience in UK children's residential homes.Key Qualification:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
(or equivalent).Practical Requirement:
Avalid UK Driving Licence
