The Role: Registered Children's Manager

This isn't just another management role, it's your chance to lead with heart, inspire change, and help shape brighter futures. You'll oversee our children's services, ensuring care is compassionate, consistent, and compliant and most importantly, centred around the young people we support.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading and managing our children's services team

Creating tailored support plans that really make a difference

Mentoring, supporting, and developing your team

Fostering a safe, nurturing, and positive environment

Working closely with professionals, agencies, and stakeholders

Ensuring safeguarding, compliance, and high-quality service delivery

What We're Looking For

Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification (essential)

Experience managing children's services or a similar setting

A natural leader who brings out the best in others

Strong communication skills - clear, honest, and compassionate

Solid understanding of care legislation, safeguarding, and best practice
