As our Children's Home Manager, you'll be key in making sure our home offers strong therapeutic care. You'll lead by example, guiding your team to provide excellent, person-centred support that truly meets each young person's unique needs.
Here's what you'll do:
Lead Therapeutic Care:
Create and implement tailored care plans that address the specific emotional, social, and behavioural needs of each young person.Build Your Team:
Lead, guide, and train staff in Halifax, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous professional development.Manage Resources:
Handle the home's budget and resources effectively and creatively to fully support the therapeutic model of care.Ensure Quality:
Keep accurate records and follow allOFSTED
regulations, National Minimum Standards, and best practices.What You'll Bring:
Qualification:
ALevel 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
(or equivalent).Experience:
Strong experience as aDeputy Manager or Registered Manager
in a children's home setting, with a solid understanding of therapeutic approaches and their practical application.Driving:
Avalid UK Driving Licence
