"Building a home goes beyond mere walls; it requires heart, leadership, and a vision of compassion. At Sterling, we understand that delivering truly outstanding care begins with connection. Every child deserves more than just a placement; they deserve a warm, nurturing home where they can feel safe, valued, and supported on their healing journey."
At Sterling, a proudly registered company recognised by Ofsted, we have recently undergone a full inspection and earned a commendable "Good" rating in all areas. We are excited to invite a committed and enthusiastic registered home manager to join our team as we set out to establish a nurturing home in the vibrant Ilkeston area of Derbyshire. Our goal is to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people.

At our children's home, every day is a new adventure.
