Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Children's Homes Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be strong leader who can demonstrate successful previous achievements in an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children's home. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring the highest quality of care and support. You will be working closely with the leadership team to oversee daily operations of the home Provide leadership and supervision to your team Develop and implement high quality care plans and risk assessments to keep our children safe and happy Ensure compliance with Ofsted and Local Authority requirements.

You must have Ofsted Children's Home experience and not CQC .

Skills and experience:

Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
Excellent organisational skills to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the home
Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures
Ability to supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
Requirements:

Significant experience of working within a similar setting and managing Ofsted inspections
2 years experience of working within an Ofsted Registered Children's Home.

Have preferably already obtained the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or are committed to achieving the qualification
Ideally hold a full UK driving licence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 50,000.00-65,000.00 per year
