Location: Milton Keynes. Salary: 50,000 to 65,000 plus bonuses

As an established provider, we are opening a new children's residential home in Milton Keynes. We are looking for an experienced and committed Registered Manager to shape this service and create a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive.
About the Role:
Set up and manage a new 4-bed EBD home from registration to operation
Recruit, develop, and lead a dedicated care team
Establish a positive, trauma-informed culture focused on outcomes
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain excellent standards of care
Work collaboratively with our senior leadership team

Who We're Looking For:
Qualified (or near completion) with the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare
Minimum 2 years' experience in children's residential care, including leadership responsibilities
Exceptional knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and Ofsted inspection standards
Visionary leader with the confidence to establish a high-performing team from day one
Passionate about making a measurable difference in the lives of children and young people
