Children's Home Manager - Lead Therapeutic Care in Preston (Up to 65,000)

to lead and inspire our service.Your Role
As our Children's Home Manager, you'll be key in ensuring our home offers strong therapeutic care. You'll lead by example, guiding your team to provide excellent, person-centred support that truly meets each young person's needs.
Here's what you'll do:
Create and implement therapeutic care plans.
Lead and train the staff team.
Manage the home's budget and resources.
Maintain OFSTED compliance
and accurate records.What You'll Bring
Qualification:
ALevel 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
(or similar).Experience:
Strong experience as aDeputy Manager or Registered Manager
in a children's home, especially with therapeutic care.Driving:
Avalid UK Driving Licence
