Our Client

We're supporting a well-established children's care provider in their search for an experienced and motivated

Registered Manager

to oversee

their three-bedroom home in Telford, Shropshire. A beautiful property designed carefully to provide a nurturing home for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.

The Role

As Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the homes to deliver high standards of care for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and/or learning disabilities (LD). This is an exciting opportunity to join a provider that genuinely invests in quality and development.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Full operational management of two solo homes

Ensure homes are fully compliant with Ofsted and regulatory standards

Lead and develop a strong, child-focused staff team

Oversee person-centered care plans and safeguarding procedures

Maintain effective relationships with external agencies, families, and professionals

Drive continuous quality improvement across the service

What We're Looking For:

At least 2 years' experience in a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager role in children's residential care

NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)

Strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and quality standards

Confident, resilient leadership style with excellent people skills

Passionate about delivering therapeutic, trauma-informed care
