What You'll Do:




As a Registered Estate Manager, you'll:

Hold overall responsibility for the operational management of the development Lead and support a team to deliver exceptional care and services Ensure compliance as the CQC Registered Manager Promote a safe, engaging, and independent lifestyle for residents Work closely with sales and lettings to maintain occupancy and community vibrancy Build trusted relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders

Who You Are:



Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care, or completing it within 6 months (or equivalent Registered Manager Award) Experienced in leading a CQC-registered service or similar residential/supported living setting A people-focused, warm, and self-motivated leader Committed to empowering older adults and building a thriving community An excellent communicator with a collaborative approach to team leadership
