Responsibilities:

You\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the registered service, ensuring its smooth operation and the provision of top-notch care. Your pivotal role as the registered Ofsted manager means you\xe2\x80\x99ll have a direct impact on Ofsted outcomes, contributing to the agency\xe2\x80\x99s continued success.

Flexibility is a key advantage, with the requirement to work across the diverse North East region, offering a dynamic and varied work environment. Additionally, you will oversee two small locations, comprising approximately 25 staff, including team managers, allowing you to shape and lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional support and care.

Requirements:
  • Track record of designing and executing business development strategies in an independent fostering agency.
  • Effective communication and engagement abilities to challenge ideas and manage change positively.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate during high-pressure situations, while also fostering strong and enduring relationships.
  • Proficient in leading, motivating, and influencing various stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Brings valuable insights and recommendations to the Board based on their professional expertise.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
