The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care, ensuring resident wellbeing, and maintaining the highest standards in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents during night shifts. Administer medication safely and in line with NMC guidelines. Complete accurate documentation, care plans, and risk assessments. Monitor residents' clinical conditions and respond effectively to any changes. Lead and support care staff, ensuring smooth overnight operations. Maintain compliance with CQC standards and internal policies. Deliver compassionate, person-centred care with dignity and respect.

Requirements

Must be a

Registered General Nurse (RGN)

with valid

NMC registration

Minimum 4 years of UK experience as an RGN

, with most experience gained

within a Nursing Care Home setting
