Introduction:

Join us as a Home Manager at a reputable care home in Dartford, Kent. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional elderly and dementia care within a well-established setting, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance. Develop and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care. Maintain strong relationships with families, professionals, and commissioners. Oversee governance, risk management, and ensure adherence to CQC standards. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and safety.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a care home environment. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and elderly/dementia care practices. Leadership skills with a focus on team development and compliance. NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management or equivalent. Active NMC pin or RN qualification preferred.
