Are you an experienced Home Manager looking to take on a high-profile, well-supported service with an already strong foundation? This is a standout opportunity to lead a large residential dementia home in Derby as part of one of the Midlands' most respected care providers.

As Registered Manager, you'll be given the autonomy to shape the service, supported by a proactive senior leadership team who genuinely empower their managers. Your focus will be on sustaining quality, strengthening clinical and care standards, developing your team, and driving the home forward commercially and operationally.

What we're looking for:

A proven Registered Manager with experience in elderly or dementia care Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and motivate teams Solid understanding of CQC requirements and delivering Good/Outstanding outcomes Commercial awareness and confidence managing large, busy services A passion for high-quality, person-centred care
