About the Role

As our

Registered Manager

, you will play a pivotal role in launching and growing our Carlisle office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on challenge, enjoys building services from the ground up, and is committed to delivering outstanding care.



You will be responsible for:



Overseeing the setup, compliance, and day-to-day operations of the new branch Recruiting, developing, and supporting a new team of care staff Building strong local relationships with service users, families, and professionals Ensuring CQC compliance and safeguarding best practices Driving growth and quality within the service

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary or community care (essential) Strong leadership and organisational skills A proven track record of achieving high standards and service development NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards) Excellent understanding of CQC standards and regulations
