Level 5 Leadership & Management
(or working towards it).Minimum 12 months' experience
managing a children's residential home. Strong knowledge ofOfsted regulations, safeguarding, and compliance
. Proven ability tolead, develop, and inspire teams
. Passionate about deliveringhigh-quality care
for young people.Full UK driving licence and access to transport
