We also encourage those from youth services, clinical roles like children's nurses or clinical leads, and social work team managers. If you've led regulated services for children and young people and share our passion for high-quality support, we'd love to hear from you.
We're ideally looking for someone with:
A deep understanding of safeguarding, care planning, and regulatory compliance, including Ofsted standards
A compassionate, child-centred approach that prioritises wellbeing, inclusion, and positive outcomes
Strong people management skills with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire staff teams
Excellent communication and partnership-building abilities with families, professionals, and external agencies
Confidence in managing budgets, resources, and operational systems to ensure efficiency and quality
Commitment to equity, diversity, and the rights of children and young people
Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset to lead through change and drive continuous improvement
A recognised qualification in social care or leadership, and registration with relevant professional bodies
