A2B Social Care Recruitment have a superb opportunity for an experienced Registered Children's Manager provide care & support in a solo provision EBD home based in Huddersfield HD2
This post is open to Deputy Managers looking for a step up to RM and the chance to Manage their own home, you must have at least 2 years as a DM to be considered for he role.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a Children's Home, adhering to the Statement of Purpose and Ofsted regulatory framework Ensure personalised care plans that meet the individual needs of the child Supervise and support the development of staff, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and service governance Manage recruitment, staff training, and development Achieve and maintain a "Good" or "Outstanding" rating from Ofsted
Requirements:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children's Residential or equivalent Minimum 2 years' experience working with children and young people within a residential environment. Experience in a supervisory or management role within a residential setting Driving Licence is essential
Salary:
55,000 - 65,000 including a welcome bonus of 5,000, plus 6,000 Ofsted bonus taking the full package to between 61,000 & 71,000 working full time Mon-Fri 9-5pm, plus extensive benefits package.
