Job Description
A2B Social Care have a superb opportunity for an experienced Registered Children's Manager providing care & support in a 2 bed EBD/LD home based in Rugby. A second home based in Kilsby ( 2 bed EBD/LD) will be opening within the next few months and are seeking a Manager to become dual registered, with the support of 2 deputies in place.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a Children's Home, adhering to the Statement of Purpose and Ofsted regulatory framework Ensure personalised care plans that meet the individual needs of the child Supervise and support the development of staff, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and service governance Manage recruitment, staff training, and development Achieve and maintain a "Good" or "Outstanding" rating from Ofsted
Requirements:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children's Residential or equivalent Minimum 3 years' experience working with children and young people within a residential environment. Experience in a supervisory or management role within a residential setting Driving Licence is essential
Salary:
65,000 - 80,000 working full time Mon-Fri 9-5pm, plus extensive benefits package.
